No. RugRadar is a risk-scanning and market-alert tool. Nothing on RugRadar is financial, investment or trading advice. Crypto assets are extremely volatile and you can lose all of your money. Always do your own research.

Which chains does RugRadar scan?

RugRadar monitors Solana tokens for rug-pull and honeypot risk patterns, with Telegram alerts delivered to your configured destination.

Will I get spammed?

No. Alerts go only to the Telegram destinations you configure yourself. You can add or remove destinations from your account settings at any time.

What happens after I sign up?

You get a live preview and a full risk report, then Telegram delivery on your chosen plan. Your trial or subscription starts immediately; manage it from your account page.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account page or billing portal. You keep access until the end of the current period. No cancellation fees.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see our refund policy. Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, and we also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. A reset link arrives by email within a minute. Check spam if it is missing.

I paid but have no access.

Email support@rugradar.co.uk with your order reference and the email you paid with. This is treated as urgent.

Do you take a cut of my trades?

No. RugRadar is subscription-only. We never touch your wallet, never ask for a seed phrase, and never trade on your behalf.

Does RugRadar guarantee I will avoid rugs?

No tool can. RugRadar flags risk patterns to help you make better decisions, but it cannot guarantee safety or profits.
