14-day cooling-off (consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Disclosure and Cancellation) Regulations 2013 you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of signing up and receive a full refund. If you ask us to start access immediately and acknowledge that this ends your cooling-off right, the right is lost — but our money-back guarantee below still applies.

Whatever the legal position, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If RugRadar is not right for you, email support@rugradar.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Faulty service

If the service is faulty we will fix or replace it; if that is not possible you get a price reduction or refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. Renewals can be cancelled anytime and you keep access to the end of the paid period.
