Privacy policy

This policy explains how AI Betrix ("we") handles personal data when you use RugRadar. We are the data controller.

Data we collect

• Account: email address and a salted password hash (we never store plain passwords).
• Delivery: Telegram destinations you configure.
• Billing: payment details are handled by Stripe; we store only your subscription status and billing metadata.
• Technical: minimal server logs for security and uptime.

Why we use it

To provide the service you paid for (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations such as tax records. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

With Stripe (payments), Telegram (alert delivery you request), and our hosting provider. Processors act on our instructions under data-processing terms.

Retention

Account and billing data is kept while you are a customer and for up to 6 years afterwards for tax/legal records. Telegram destinations are deleted when you remove them or close your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email support@rugradar.co.uk.

Security

All traffic is HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the address above.
