Terms of service

These terms govern use of RugRadar (rugradar.co.uk), a risk-scanning and alert service operated by AI Betrix ("we", "us").

1. The service

RugRadar provides automated scanning of crypto tokens (primarily Solana) and delivers risk reports and alerts via Telegram. It is an information tool, not a trading, custody or advisory service. We never access your wallet and never trade for you.

2. No financial advice; no guarantees

Nothing provided is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are high risk and you can lose all of your money. Scanning is probabilistic: RugRadar cannot guarantee that any token is safe, that rugs will be detected, or that any outcome will be profitable. You use the service entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You may not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or abuse the service, or redistribute alerts commercially without written consent. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scans and alerts depend on third-party chains and providers beyond our control.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
